Confession:
I'm the person who stands in the grocery aisle for ten minutes flipping a bottle over, reading every single ingredient, and putting it back. Every label. Every time.
Just Ingredients is the one brand where I don't have to do that. Their ingredient lists are short and real, and they say up front what they leave out. The only thing I still check is whether something is vegan, because that's what I care about. On everything else, I trust them. That's rare for me, so here's everything I've tried and love.
Honestly, my goal is to try everything they make that's vegan, so consider this Part 1.
The stuff I eat and drink
It's basically a peanut butter cup you can put in a smoothie. It's made from organic almond, pea, and pumpkin seed protein, plus cocoa, peanut flour, chia, and monk fruit. There are no gums, no emulsifiers, no soy, no dairy, and no sugar alcohols. It also has no artificial or natural flavors, so the flavor comes from actual ingredients. It's vegan, and I'm a fan.
Gut health should not taste like punishment, and this tastes like grown-up lemonade. It has prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics in one stick pack. It's flavored with real elderberry and lemon, sweetened with stevia and monk fruit, and has no added sugar and no artificial flavors. Tear a stick, stir it into water, and you're done.
This is my grab-and-go can. There's nothing to mix, it's cold with a little sparkle, and it tastes like real fruit because it's made with real guava and mango and organic coconut water. It has 0 g added sugar, no artificial flavors, and a BPA-free can. Toss one in your bag and go.
It looks like something from a pool party, and the blue comes from spirulina instead of artificial dye. The flavor is guava, pineapple, and passion fruit. It's a fun way to actually drink enough water.
This is the easy, everyday one. It's made with real raspberry and lemon. All three electrolytes skip artificial dyes, artificial sweeteners, and sugar alcohols. They use a 3:1 potassium-to-sodium ratio too, so you're hydrating without loading up on sodium.
The stuff that goes on me
(and in my mouth)
It smells like a dessert and a spa had a baby. It's made from Redmond Real Salt, organic jojoba oil, bentonite clay, MSM, and frankincense. It has no mineral oil, no alcohol, no parabens, no phthalates, no synthetic fragrance, and no artificial preservatives.
The scent is cool and fresh, a little cozy, and not floral or perfume-y. It's made with shea butter, jojoba oil, coconut oil, and vitamin E. It has no artificial fragrance, parabens, phthalates, propylene glycol, aluminum, formaldehyde releasers, or triclosan. It's preserved with silver instead of the usual preservatives.

This is the one that got me to rethink mouthwash. It's alcohol-free and sulfate-free, with no artificial or natural flavors and no artificial dyes. It's vegan, made with hydroxyapatite, xylitol, silver, and plant tinctures like plantain, marshmallow root, and calendula. It was formulated with a dentist, and it doesn't burn.
Silver is the quiet thread running through this whole brand. It's what preserves the lotion, and it's what replaces alcohol in the mouthwash. This spray is the pure version. It uses SilverSol, a patented nano-silver, at 10 ppm. The particles are tiny and coated so they stay suspended instead of settling or clumping, and the brand says that's why it works at a lower concentration than traditional silver products. It comes in a 4 oz brown glass bottle with a spray top. If you like knowing exactly what you're buying, this one is refreshingly simple.
Why I feel good supporting Just Ingredients
This is a real story, not a faceless brand. Founder Karalynne Call is a mom of six who started her own health journey more than 15 years ago. She couldn't find clean, trustworthy products, so she began making her own. She shared her story on Instagram, and it grew into a community of over a million people. The name is about more than what's in your food. She meant it to include the "ingredients in life," like stress, sleep, and your connections with other people.
That's the same philosophy I try to bring to Eco Crunchy Mama. The company says it stays guided by 10 core values, and it started small with a magnesium deodorant and a face serum in 2019.
Today it's a whole line of food, beauty, and dental products, and they publish third-party test results (COAs) right on the product pages. Buying from a founder-led company that shows its work feels good.
